IVSO’s The Nutcracker | 2025
LASALLE, Ill. — The Illinois Valley Symphony Orchestra will bring Tchaikovsky’s beloved holiday classic “The Nutcracker” to the stage of Matthiessen Auditorium at La Salle-Peru High School for two performances next weekend.
Audiences are invited to revel in the magical mystery of a young girl’s journey through the Land of Sweets, featuring dancers from three local studios and the sparkle of live orchestral performance. Shows are scheduled for Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. and Dec. 14 at 3 p.m.
Due to high demand, tickets are only guaranteed to be available by presale (until tickets sell out). If there are any seats available still, limited ticket sales may be available on-site in the secondary lobby of Matthiessen Auditorium (see image below for reference).
