Options for every advertiser
Our concert program booklets are a full 8.5” x 11” and are distributed to our patrons at our November, December, March, and May concerts. Digital projection ads, new in 2025, increase exposure and guarantee visibility before every concert (venue permitting).
Print program ads
New in 2026, all ads in our programs are color. Present your brand in true-to-life, vibrant detail!
Full page ads are 8.5×11” without crop + bleed (white background only) or 8x10.5” if submitting with bleed (color all the way to edge of your ad). A standard ad placement is $600, or you can upgrade to key inside back cover ($1,250) and inside front cover ($1,000) positions. All full page advertisers receive a complimentary slide in our pre-concert digital projection. If you do not submit a separate digital ad, we will attempt to adapt your submitted ad for use on-screen.
Half page ads are 7.75 x5”. Half page ads are $350 and include a complimentary slide in our pre-concert digital projection. If you do not submit a separate digital ad, we will attempt to adapt your submitted half-page ad for use on-screen.
Quarter page ads are 3.25×5”. Quarter page ads are $200, and do not include a slide in the pre-concert digital projection, but one can be added for a $25 fee.
Digital projection ads
Your business in a can’t-miss placement on concert days! Get maximum visibility with a digital ad placement in our concert-day projection, included with half- and full-page program ad placements, and available both as an add-on and a stand-alone advertising option.
While we can adapt submitted ads for use in this orientation, for highest quality and best results, we suggest submitting an ad specifically designed for this purpose. Ideal resolution and image specs: 1920 px x 900 px as a PNG file.
