Subscription information

The purchase of a season subscription grants admission to all five season concerts, including access to priority reserved seating for The Nutcracker. Subscribers save nearly 50% off the price of five individual admissions (typically priced at $22 each).
 
Each $60 subscription includes five tickets, which may be used at any of our concerts—one at each concert or up to five admissions for any one concert. This flex feature allows you to get the full value of your subscription even if you cannot attend all the concerts.
 
Season tickets may be ordered by credit card at ivso.org or by returning the order form attached to the brochure.

We don’t sell subscription tickets for students as K-12 students are admitted free to all concerts except The Nutcracker and tickets for college students are already less than half-price ($10). Nutcracker reserved seats for all children and youth through college with ID are $10. 

How to redeem a subscription

If you purchased your subscription online, you will receive an email with your unique voucher code within 48 hours of season subscription purchase. If you purchased your subscription via the season brochure you receive in the mail, please give us appropriate time to receive your mailed in form.

Online ticket redemption:
Under Tickets + Events, choose the concert you want to go to and add the number of tickets you want to use for that concert. Select the "Use promo, credit, or voucher code" dropdown and enter your voucher code in the Promo Code field. After you click "Apply," it should automatically discount your tickets and you'll be able to checkout.

Your code will have the appropriate value for the number of subscriptions you purchase. If you purchase one subscription, your voucher will cover five general admission tickets. If you purchase two subscriptions, your voucher will cover ten general admission tickets. You don't need to spend it all at one time—feel free to buy your tickets as we go through the year. Physical ticket redemption:
If you prefer to have physical tickets held for you at will-call, please email tickets@ivso.org or call the IVSO Box Office at (815) 320-4471 to let us know. We will be happy to assist.

Early Subscriber Access: The Nutcracker
Season subscribers also get first dibs on tickets to our production of The Nutcracker. Tickets sell quickly, and we want to make sure you get the best seats in the house! Nutcracker tickets cannot be redeemed at will-call because we use reserved seating for this concert. You can either redeem your subscription online or call the IVSO Box Office at (815) 320-4471 for assistance purchasing your Nutcracker tickets.

To redeem your subscription for Nutcracker tickets online:
Subscriber-only access to The Nutcracker begins September 1st and ends October 15th. Click here to open The Nutcracker tickets page and use the exclusive early access code contained in your email or letter to gain access to the page. This code is case-sensitive, so be sure you are copying it exactly as it appears in your initial communication. If you no longer have access to the initial email or letter you received, please email tickets@ivso.org or call the IVSO Box Office at (815) 320-4471 and we will be happy to assist you.

Once you have access, choose your seat(s) and enter the voucher code just like you would if it were any other concert.

To redeem your subscription for physical Nutcracker tickets:
If you selected physical tickets as your preferred redemption method, please contact the Box Office by emailing tickets@ivso.org or calling (815) 320-4471 to choose your seats for The Nutcracker.

Note: The dollar value of your subscription (each subscription has a $110 value) will be subtracted from every purchase until it has been spent. If you purchase a student ticket using your promo code in addition to your general admission ticket(s), any funds on your account will be applied to that ticket as well. This could leave you with a partial balance on a future general admission ticket purchase, rather than a totally free ticket, but you will have received the full value of your subscription.
