Not everyone who makes the concert happen
We need people like you to bring the music to life.

Take a look at the tasks and their suggested skill sets
Ticketing Usher: Scanning digital and paper tickets. Requires operating a touch-screen device and navigate simple actions in an Android operating system.
Seating Usher: Helping guests find their seats if they need assistance. Requires the ability to read a seating chart and cheerfully communicate with guests in sometimes stressful situations.

Fill out a brief availability and application form
The form focuses primarily on your availability for training and service at concerts, with a field for you to explain your interest in the arts, orchestral music, the IVSO, and these specific tasks as briefly or in as much detail as you wish.
We suggest volunteers be 15+ and have a high level of confidence using smartphone devices, but these suggestions are just that—not disqualifying requirements.

Set up a training and work your first concert!
A 1-hour training session is strongly suggested and will be coordinated with you via email by General Manager Aelsa Woods and members of the usher/ticketing volunteer teams. After completing the brief training, you’ll be ready to help us make the music happen!
